Directions to Cameron Quail Preserve from Tuscaloosa:

I-59/20 to the Aliceville exit.
Take Hwy 14 to Clinton.
Stay straight. Hwy 39 begins (14 turns 90 degrees to right) and continue straight on Hwy 39 to Gainesville.
Pick up Hwy 116 for one mile.
At the first right take Hwy 85 for 10 miles.
The Lodge is on the left.

Directions to Cameron Quail Preserve from Meridian:

- I-59/20 to the York exit.
- Take Hwy 17 north to the Panola Cut-off.
- Take Hwy 34 to Hwy 85 and then 6 miles.
- Lodge will be on the left.

Directions to Cameron Quail Preserve from Columbus:

- Take Hwy 69 to the Alabama State Line which becomes Hwy 14 to Aliceville.
- Then Hwy 17 south.
- Highway 85 for 10 miles.
- Lodge will be on your left.
